Several foals are expected every year at Hoeve Noordenwind, all KWPN horses bred in the dressage direction. We strive to match our mares to world class stallions within and outside this studbook, in order to bring new talent. The bloodlines we use have produced many good sport horses that excel in willingness to work, model and use of the body. The mares themselves have competed at high level or passed an IBOP test, and have proven themselves by obtaining predicates. 

 

Our aim is to produce 'happy athletes', suitable for both the fanatic amateur and the professional. We believe a balanced character, good health, functional movements and exterior are essential, and that these four characteristics are the baseline of an exceptional dressage horse.
